This film takes audiences on an exploration of the realm of organic, bio dynamic, natural, and sustainable wines. Through interviews with producers and tours of vineyards in France’s wine regions, Rigourd reveals the passion, philosophy, and craftsmanship behind these alternative wine making methods. Alongside the screening, we’ll present a curated wine pairing dinner that brings the documentary’s themes to life. Each course will highlight the styles and philosophies discussed in the film, allowing guests to experience the nuances of these unique wines. From bio dynamic Chablis to natural Rhône reds, every sip will narrate a story of terroir, tradition, and innovation.
