Founded in 1875 along Scotland’s northeast shore, Glenglassaugh distillery crafts spirits that blend coastal and Highland characteristics, renowned for their innovative aging processes and diverse flavor profiles ranging from light and fruity to rich and complex with seaside undertones. The event begins with a 12 Years High Ball cocktail and appetizers, followed by a five-course meal prepared by Chef Elson, showcasing flavors from both land and sea, complemented by four carefully selected whiskies. Throughout the night, David will conduct an engaging tasting session, offering expert knowledge and stories to deepen your understanding of Glenglassaugh’s whisky.
