French Wines of the Month – Le Rêveur Côtes du Rhône

Le Reveur wines from Southern Rhône are produced by Guillaume Gonnet and his wife, Kelly, following biodynamic principles to allow the grapes to express themselves naturally. The Guillaume Gonnet Le Reveur Côtes Du Rhône Blanc, a blend of 40% Viognier, 30% Grenache blanc, and 30% Roussanne, is hand-picked and aged in stainless steel vats, offering citrus, grapefruit, and white floral aromas, with acidity, minerality, and a salty finish on the palate. The Le Reveur Côtes Du Rhône Rouge blends 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah, presenting a complex, balanced red with notes of cherries, licorice, pepper, and Asian spices, and soft tannins.
