Chef Elson and his team present a luxurious six-course dinner, featuring a signature Surf & Turf of succulent free-range chicken and delicate soft-shell crab. The evening is brought to life by the dynamic local band, Mice and Friends, who will perform a repertoire of beloved classics. The band’s acclaimed lineup includes Jia Ming, creator of the timeless “小人物的心声”; the brilliant Xinyao keyboardist August; talented drummer and mentor Mickey; and the vibrant vocal duo Winnie & Desmond.
