Medium Intensity Interval Training (MIIT)

MIIT engages the entire body in a dynamic, functional total body workout, mirroring the movements we use in our daily lives. This flexible and multi-level program introduces dynamic techniques, allowing you to tailor speed, intensity, technique, and duration to suit your fitness level.

Yoga

  • Suitable for beginners who enjoy slow-paced movements and need to stretch.
  • Slow-paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, flexibility, breathing and balance.
  • Level of exertion can be adjusted to students’ needs.

Mat Work Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact, total body workout developed by Joseph Pilates that focuses on core stability and quality of movements. Members will experience myriad benefits when practicing pilates including reduced stress; increased concentration, flexibility, and coordination; enhanced fitness and stamina; greater physical alignment and concentration; and improved breath control and core muscle strength. This January and February, try Mat Work Pilates at discounted prices: 2 trial sessions for $160 or 10 sessions for $820.

1-on-1 Step Aerobics

Step aerobics, also known as bench aerobics and step training, involves stepping on and off a small platform in a choreographed routine. This is a wonderful exercise to get your heart-rate up, improve your balance, and tone up your muscles. Because of the movement involved, it also aides
coordination and strengthens your core. With our 1-on-1 programme, you will enjoy choreography and pacing that is bespoke, ensuring you get a great workout without straining your body. Try this active workout in March: 2 trial sessions for $160 or 10 sessions for $820.

    Give yourself one less excuse to hit the gym. We have workout tees, shorts, and socks for you to change into and full-sized, day-use lockers to hang your work attire.

  • Locker Rental

    Prefer to use your own gear? Keep your gym bag and accessories with us so you always have it on hand. We have shoe lockers, and full-sized personal lockers for rent at a nominal monthly fee.

  • Refresh & Recover

    Rejuvenate after your workout with our full shower facilities, toiletries, sauna, towels, and a massage chair to relax your muscles as you take on the rest of the day.

  • Fitness in Check

    Our complimentary Fitness Assessment is designed to measure your basal fitness level. As part of our commitment to your well-being, we’re thrilled to offer an exclusive Personal Training package, covering 10 sessions.
